Our journey began with our first location in Kirkland in 2011. Building on that foundation, we proudly opened our second Oto Sushi in the heart of Downtown Redmond in 2013. For the past 13 years, we have had the privilege of not just serving the Redmond community, but growing right alongside it. Downtown Redmond has transformed remarkably since we first opened our doors here. We’ve watched the neighborhood evolve and weather countless changes, yet one thing has remained constant: the unwavering support of our guests who have made Oto Sushi a local favorite. At the core of our restaurant is Chef Peter and our dedicated, close-knit culinary team. We believe that exceptional sushi requires more than just premium seafood—it demands meticulous craftsmanship, from precise knife work to thoughtful, daily preparation. Our philosophy is simple but requires relentless effort: we are strictly dedicated to sourcing the absolute freshest ingredients, while ensuring our menu remains accessible and reasonably priced for our community. While the skyline around our downtown location has changed, our original intention has never wavered.
